Welcome to voxgoddess.com!

Hi, thanks so much for stopping by! I’m so excited to share my new website with you!

The old website

She served me well.

I first launched voxgoddess.com about 10 years ago. I was just getting my voiceover career off the ground and I knew nothing about web design so I hired a guy. And he was great! I loved my old website. Maybe you saw it? It looked like this:

10 years later, it’s time for a new look and updated functionality. I’ve grown so much as an actor and a person, and I wanted to be able to share that with you. I still don’t know anything about web design, so for this update, I hired Mustard Splatter Design. Edie Mustard is a good friend of mine and a couple of years ago she started her own design firm. I loved her work so when it came time for me to hire someone, I didn’t have to think too hard about it. Edie brought her stunning creativity, and an understanding and expertise in web design and analytics I can never hope to achieve. This was a very collaborative process throughout, so I was able to bring a lot of ideas to the table and Edie just… made them happen! She updated my logo and overhauled my website, and I am so happy with the results! Edie also guided me toward choices that would make this a more pleasant experience for you as a visitor. So let’s do a little walk-through, shall we?

When you land on the site, the first things to greet you are my DEMOS. If you haven’t already, remember to give them a listen later. They’ll give you a good feel for my range in commercial voiceover and character acting as well. If you scroll down, you’ll come across a photo gallery for some fun action shots of me at work. (If you like those and want more, check out my Instagram page.)

The Vox Pod

Shhh, wanna know a secret? For the first few years of my career, my home studio was a closet. Seriously! Closets make for a great recording space! Sound-wise it was great. Space-wise, it was a tight squeeze. Like, “sardines in a can” tight. So I saved my pennies to buy my Studiobricks booth and I love it!

Next up is the ABOUT page. This is where you can learn more about me from my bio, and if you scroll down further, you’ll also learn about my professional home studio and recording equipment. Working and auditioning from a home studio is part of being a voice actor, and in the COVID-era, a professional home studio is essential. With mine, I’m able to connect with clients and provide broadcast quality audio with a commute that can’t be beat! I’ve had some fun sessions in the past few months, too. I would love to tell you about them if it weren’t for those darn NDAs.

Once you’re familiar with my recording space, you may want to mosey on over to the PORTFOLIO page to see and hear some actual recordings! You’ll find videos featuring both my commercial and video game work. I’ll keep posting new ones as they become available so be sure to check back often. Below the vids, you’ll find another photo gallery, this time of some of my video game characters. Leave a comment on this post and let me know which are your favorites!

You’ve already found the NEWS page (aren’t you clever!) Tune in to this page for updates on the projects I’m working on, or the occasional post about how I’m doing in general.

And finally, head on over to the CONTACT page if you want to book me for a job, or just send me a message and say hi!
